Load Line is a mobile service station for loading and unloading machines. It is made entirely of aluminium and is used to carry out maintenance and to wash and lubricate the machines.

The Load Line platform can be used to load and unload earth moving machinery in general on and off trucks, since it has 2 ramps at the front that are adjustable both in height and width so that they can be adapted to any height and width of the truck bed, from a minimum of 90 cm to a maximum of 150 cm.

The front ramps can be moved manually or by means of a hydraulic system.

The top surface on which the wheels or tracks run is lined with a special non-slip material suitable for any type of wheel or track.

The loading platform can be ordered either -with one full top surface if it is to be used just as a loading and unloading platform of vehicles -or with a hole in the central part of the top surface to be able to service the machines from underneath, just like the elevating platforms used in workshops. The height of the platform from the ground is 130 cm and the width of the service hole is 60 cm, providing room for one person standing up under the machine to be able to repair, lubricate and wash the machine etc.

Equipment:

- walkways at the sides so that the operator can get down from the machinery and walk around the machine loaded on the platform. These walkways consists of a non-slip surface, safety railings and access steps and can be folded down so that the service station takes up less storage room when not in use.

- Service columns can be fitted to complete the structure. These can be used to house reels for electrical cables, compressed air hosing, pressure cleaners, an electrical control cabinet and a fuel tank.

- Tanks for recovering spent oil and for dispensing fuel so that it becomes a true service station for all the required routine and extraordinary maintenance jobs to be carried out on machines.

There are various systems for loading a machine on the Load Line platform:

- Traditional ramps: you can load all types of vehicles with wheels or rubber tracks.

- Double use ramps: you can load wheel-mounted vehicles and also vehicles with metal tracks using the special track shoes.

- Pont Levis with or without wheel-mounted frame: you can load any type of machine, be it with tyres, with steel tracks, with full wheels, three-wheels or even compacting rollers, because the versatility of this platform is such that it can face this variety of machines.
